This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 53100 platform by all users in Malaysia. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before registering or making any transaction.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any services provided by 53100, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Use of the platform is subject to an age requirement — only individuals aged 18 and above may register and use 53100's services.   • Abusing the platform's promotions or bonus system in a dishonest manner.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 53100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept deposits via a range of local payment methods, including e-wallets (Boost, Touch 'n Go) and internet banking from recognised Malaysian financial institutions. No foreign currency conversion fees are charged on MYR transactions.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, subject to full identity verification being completed. 53100 reserves the right to request additional documents as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedures before approving any withdrawal.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and belong to them. 53100 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

53100 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service interruptions, technical errors, or inability to access the platform. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

We strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, but scheduled maintenance and technical improvements may occasionally cause temporary disruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 53100 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is owned by or licensed to 53100. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 53100.

Our platform may contain references to third-party services or information for user convenience. 53100 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services separately.

Account Suspension, Closure & Applicable Law

53100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

  • The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
  • There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
  • The user provided false or misleading registration information.
  • The user's account has been inactive beyond the period specified by the platform.
  • Account activity is deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.

Any valid balance in an account closed for reasons other than fraud will be processed in accordance with 53100's internal procedures upon completion of the investigation.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

53100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest provisions.

These terms are governed by applicable law.
